High blood pressure from the workplace

In this “time is money” society, people directly or indirectly, actively or passively for money from birth, picking kindergarten, choosing elementary school, choosing middle school, squeezing high school, breaking into college all the way to the workplace. Only when they arrive at the workplace do they realize that the pressure of life has just begun: promotion, advancement, salary increase, evaluation, and overtime. The endless competition has created a workplace master, but also a batch of patients. Hypertension is one of the diseases that can come from the workplace. According to the world epidemiological study, the global hypertension patients have reached more than 600 million people, the prevalence rate of about 10% of the total number of human beings, some developed countries in Europe and America, the prevalence rate of up to 20%. Data provided by the Chinese Physicians Association shows that the incidence of hypertension was 11.26% in 1991 when China’s epidemiological survey was conducted, while the “Survey on the Nutrition and Health Status of Chinese Residents” conducted by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Bureau of Statistics published in 2004 shows that the prevalence of hypertension among adults in China is 18.8%, with 160 million people suffering from the disease nationwide. The modern workplace is the place where talents and diseases are created. 1, working too long hours can lead to hypertension. To study the relationship between work hours and hypertension, U.S. researchers randomly surveyed 24,305 workers in the western United States who worked more than 11 hours. It was found that the incidence of hypertension increases with the growth of working hours, people who work 40 hours a week are 14% more likely to suffer from hypertension than those who work less than 39 hours; people who work 41-50 hours a week are 17% more likely to suffer from hypertension; people who work more than 51 hours are 29% more likely to suffer from hypertension. 2, long-term sleep deprivation may induce hypertension. Night sleep when sympathetic excitability decreases, glucagon supine, damaged cells can be repaired. Frequent late nights make this neuroendocrine regulation of birth and rest invert, and insulin resistance-induced hypertension ensues. But globally, more and more people are suffering from chronic sleep deprivation. 3, stressful socializing more exercise less. Strong face flattery, smoke, pushing glasses, sorghum thick, these situations are constantly overdrawing human health, but also continue to raise people’s blood pressure. 4, three poor meal structure. Breakfast is not eaten, Chinese fast food and dinner is the arrangement of many working people three meals. Do not eat breakfast, the body in order to ensure that the important brain work, from time to time to make emergency glycemic mobilization, the by-product of which is an increase in blood pressure. Fast meals make a short time insulin overreaction, over time accompanied by hyperinsulinemia of hypertension on the scene. It has been suggested that cardiovascular disease is dinner eaten out. So breakfast is for the brain to eat, lunch is for the stomach to eat, dinner is for the disease to eat.
