Liver fire can be categorized into solid fire and deficiency fire. Liver solid fire can choose gentian herb, chrysanthemum and so on to make tea; liver deficiency fire can choose mulberry, wolfberry and so on. 1. Liver solid fire, you can choose gentian herb, chrysanthemum infusion. (1)Gentian herb can clear heat and dry dampness (remove heat evil, dry dampness), diarrhea liver and gallbladder fire, can be used for damp-heat jaundice, swollen yin and itchy yin, under the belt, eczema itchy, liver fire and eye redness, tinnitus and deafness coercive pain and oral pain (coercive rib parts feel pain, bitter in the mouth) bitterness, strong in the convulsive wind (to the fainting, jerking, convulsions as the main manifestation of the pediatric disease) wind convulsions. Liver deficiency fire can choose mulberry, wolfberry and other drugs in water. It is used for yin deficiency of liver and kidney (deficiency of yin fluid in liver and kidney), dizziness and tinnitus, palpitation (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic) and insomnia, premature whitening of beard and hair, thirst due to injury of fluids, thirst due to internal heat (heat in the body accompanied by symptoms of overeating, excessive drinking, and excessive urination), and constipation due to dryness of the intestines. (2) Chinese wolfberry can nourish the liver and kidney, benefit the essence and brighten the eyes (replenish the essence and promote the recovery of eyesight). It is used for deficiency of essence, soreness of waist and knees, dizziness and tinnitus, impotence and spermatorrhea, internal heat and thirst (internal heat accompanied by symptoms such as overeating, drinking and urinating), deficiency of blood and yellowish color, and dimming of the eyes.
