Can a prolapsed haemorrhoid go back on its own?

There are cases that can go back on their own.
There are 4 grades of internal haemorrhoids according to their degree of prolapse.
Grade 1: Bleeding during defecation and the nucleus is not prolapsed.
Grade 2: The nucleus is prolapsed outside the anus during defecation and goes back on its own after defecation.
Grade 3: The haemorrhoid is prolapsed outside the anus during defecation and needs to be reinstated after defecation.
Grade 4: The haemorrhoid prolapses outside the anus and cannot be retracted or immediately afterwards.
Prompt medical attention is recommended for prolapsed internal haemorrhoids to avoid progressive worsening of the condition.
