Pain in the middle of the chest when I wake up in the morning

If a patient wakes up in the morning with pain in the middle of the chest, the patient is advised to measure blood pressure and heart rate. From 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. after waking up, which is the highest blood pressure time of the day, it is likely that hypertension triggers insufficient blood supply to the heart muscle, causing the patient to experience pain in the precordial region, and the patient is advised to take antihypertensive medications for treatment. If the current blood pressure is normal and the heart rate is fast, medications such as metoprolol and bisoprolol can be taken to slow down the heart rate and improve the lack of blood supply to the heart muscle, thus relieving the discomfort. Patients can also take sublingual nitroglycerin or heart pills to help end this discomfort more quickly. Patients are advised to further identify the severity of their current coronary artery disease, such as a coronary CT scan.
