Hemospermia is a common male condition with an increasing incidence; it can cause a high level of fear in patients. Hemospermia is usually caused by inflammation, bleeding, stones, and tumors in the vas deferens (seminal cavity, ejaculatory duct, seminal vesicles, and vas deferens). However, clinically the cause of hematospermia is difficult to identify, and in some cases even if the diagnosis is clear, the treatment often lacks effective treatment means, often using anti-inflammatory, puncture and aspiration methods, the effect is often not ideal. Spermoscopy can enter the seminal vesicles through the seminal vesicle cavity and ejaculatory duct under direct vision, and examine the seminal vesicle cavity, ejaculatory duct and seminal vesicle retrogradely following the normal anatomical pathway of the seminal tract, and the lesions found can be treated under the lumpectomy at the same time. If a tumor is found, it can be removed, and if it is a stone, it can be removed under seminoscopic examination. Inflammatory changes can be treated by giving thermal cautery to the inflamed mucosa under the microscope, flushing the accumulated blood, or flushing with antibiotics to achieve the purpose of treatment.
