Is there any sequelae of giant lymphangioleioma in the right neck of a newborn

Zhao, female, 2 months, 230725, was born with a giant right neck tumor that was found to be progressively larger. A stage I resection of the giant tumor of the right neck was performed. Postoperative pathology showed: lymphatic duct malformation. The tissue was 9*8*4 cm, and multiple cystic cavities with 0.5-4 cm in diameter were visible in the section, and the cystic fluid was yellowish liquid. Preoperative CT enhancement of the neck: irregular hypointense shadow was seen within the subcutaneous soft tissue of the right side of the neck, with a CT value of about 12 HU. Very little enhancement was seen internally after enhancement, and there was a separation within the mass, with an extent of about 6.29*5.13 cm, with clear borders and blurred surrounding fatty interstices. The mass reached up to the level of the skull base and down to the root of the neck. No significant abnormal density shadow was seen in the left side of the neck, and no abnormalities were seen in the bilateral lateral thyroid glands, with the right lobe of the thyroid gland slightly compressed. There was no obvious narrowing of the airway by compression and no obvious enlarged lymph nodes in the neck.
