Aplastic anemia, also known as aplastic anemia, has early symptoms such as anemia, infections and bleeding. Aplastic anemia is divided into severe aplastic anemia and non-severe aplastic anemia, which have slightly different symptoms. 1. Severe aplastic anemia has the following symptoms (1) Pallor, weakness, dizziness, palpitations and shortness of breath. The manifestations are skin hemorrhages or large petechiae, oral blisters, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, conjunctival hemorrhages, etc. Sometimes visceral bleeding such as vomiting blood, hemoptysis, and blood in the stool can be seen. 2. Non-heavy type: anemia, chronic process, common pallor, fatigue, dizziness, palpitation, shortness of breath after activity, etc.; high fever in infection is less common than heavy type; bleeding tendency is lighter, skin and mucous membrane bleeding is the main cause, which is manifested as skin hemorrhages, gum bleeding, etc., and visceral bleeding is rare.
