Children sleep coughing and vomiting is mainly considered to be due to coughing violently, causing a sudden rise in thoracic pressure, and then cause the abdominal pressure to rise, thus causing vomiting. Children’s gastrointestinal function is not well developed, the cardia is more flaccid, pylorus is more tight, so when the child continuous coughing, due to the abdominal pressure rise caused by the stomach extrusion, thus appearing coughing along with the symptoms of vomiting. In addition, we cannot rule out the existence of respiratory viral or bacterial infections, dyspepsia and vagus nerve excitability increase and other causes of cough, vomiting aggravation. In conclusion, coughing and vomiting are usually considered to be related to abdominal pressure, and in more serious cases, the diagnosis should be made by a doctor.
