Early symptoms of cervical adenocarcinoma

Early symptoms of cervical adenocarcinoma are not obvious, and there may be contact bleeding, decreased menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual period and irregular vaginal bleeding. Cervical adenocarcinoma is a pathologic type of cervical cancer, which is divided into cervical squamous carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma. Cervical adenocarcinoma is less common than squamous cervical cancer. Its early symptoms are not obvious, and the earliest symptom is contact bleeding, i.e. bleeding when having sex or bleeding on touch during gynecological examination. The patient’s menstruation is irregular, with decreased menstrual flow and prolonged menstruation period of more than 7 days. Elderly patients may have symptoms such as irregular vaginal bleeding and increased vaginal discharge, showing watery, white, thin, bloody leukorrhea with a fishy odor. Specifically need to go to the hospital obstetrics and gynecology department to do the relevant examination to confirm the diagnosis.
