The front teeth are anti-mandibular which is commonly known by the common people as the groundbones, where the normal upper teeth are biting on the lower teeth. In some children, the lower teeth bite into the upper ones, the jaw grows and the upper ones are concave. Normally, the upper teeth wrap around the lower teeth, which restricts the development of the lower jaw. Children start out with this condition, which restricts the development of the lower jaw, and then instead blocks the development of the upper jaw, so the upper jaw remains short, and the chin stretches out longer and longer. It is recommended that when the child is very young and the problem is recognized, it is important to deal with it and intervene, maybe early on with orthodontics, a very simple orthodontic treatment will correct it. If the problem becomes bony when the child gets older, there is no way to correct it, then surgery must be done, called orthognathic surgery, plastic surgery, to amputate the bone and push it through. Children must be careful, parents should pay attention to habits, there is no like biting the lip, reverse lip biting or finger sucking, this habit will lead to deformation of the teeth.
