Can I adjust my medication for hypertension according to my blood pressure?

It cannot. Medication for hypertension needs to be taken for a long period of time. If the medication is stopped hastily, it will lead to a rebound phenomenon, i.e. the blood pressure will rise sharply and a cerebrovascular accident can easily occur. Patients are advised to monitor their blood pressure well every day, and if they want to adjust the medication, they can do so after consultation with their doctor.
