Can I work out if I have a high differential pulse pressure?

If the differential pulse pressure is large and does not exceed 40 mmHg, it is normal and there is no need to be overwhelmed. If it exceeds 40mmHg and no symptoms such as dizziness, palpitations, chest tightness or chest pain occur, you can work out appropriately with guidance. However, if you experience chest tightness and chest pain and breathing difficulties, you need to seek medical advice to clarify the cause of the problem and it is not advisable to carry out fitness blindly.
