What to do if you still bleed despite taking dextroprogesterone for thickening of the lining?

If endometrial thickening is still bleeding after taking dextroprogesterone, diagnostic scraping can be performed, which can both treat and help to clarify the cause of the bleeding. Diagnostic scraping is preferred for endometrial thickening, on the one hand, the thickened endometrium can be scraped off to stop bleeding, on the other hand, the scraped endometrium will be sent to the Department of Pathology for pathological examination, to make clear whether there is any pathology in the endometrium, and to differentiate between simple hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia and possibly endometrial cancer. In the case of simple endometrial hyperplasia, the endometrium can be reversed with oral medications such as progesterone and dydrogesterone. If it is endometrial cancer, even metastasis may have occurred, and it can be treated by removing the uterus and related lesions or by radiotherapy.
