The precautions for the third vaccination are mainly divided into precautions before vaccination, contraindications for vaccination, and precautions after vaccination.
1. Before vaccination: It is clear that the interval between the second vaccination and the new crown vaccine must be at least 6 months, and those who have not yet done so should not be vaccinated, and should dress loosely.
2. Vaccination contraindications:
(1) Vaccine allergy: those who are allergic to various components and substances of the vaccine, or those who have been allergic to the same kind of vaccine before.
(2) Allergic reaction: people who have been vaccinated with severe allergic reactions, such as respiratory distress, angioneurotic edema, etc..
(3) Uncontrolled neurological diseases: such as epilepsy not effectively controlled and certain serious neurological diseases, such as Guillain-Barre syndrome, transverse myelitis, demyelinating diseases, etc.
(4) Acute phase of disease: acute disease, such as being in the midst of a fever, or acute exacerbation of chronic disease, such as an acute asthma attack, etc., or severe chronic disease not effectively controlled.
(5) Women during pregnancy.
3. After vaccination: To prevent infection, do not take a bath on the day of vaccination, and if redness, swelling and hardness appear afterwards, do not squeeze or stimulate excessively, and it can generally improve on its own. Avoid exertion and rest appropriately. If there is persistent fever, urticaria, angioedema, etc., you need to consult a doctor in time.
Certain special groups, such as people with impaired immune function, women of childbearing age and breastfeeding, etc., need to consult a medical professional about the possibility of vaccination and the precautions to be taken.
