Herpes zoster
Herpes zoster typically occurs as a cluster of blistering rashes on the skin of the first branch of the trigeminal nerve – the ophthalmic nerve (frontal, lacrimal, and nasociliary nerves) or branches of the third main branch (less common). The rash does not cross the central border of the lid and nose, but is confined to one side. Prevention Attention is paid to the correct diagnosis and timely treatment of ocular disorders. If the herpes invades the parenchymal layer of the cornea, it may lead to corneal scarring and affect vision. Precautions 1. Do not be overly nervous.
