Early gastric cancer may be asymptomatic, while self-conscious symptoms such as epigastric discomfort, acid regurgitation belching and abdominal pain may appear in progressive stage, and related systemic manifestations may appear in advanced stage after distant metastasis. It is recommended to consult specialized doctors. 1. Epigastric pain: the most common symptom, the pain gradually worsens with the progress of the disease, has no obvious relationship with eating or worsens after meals, some symptoms may be similar to peptic ulcer, and may be mildly relieved after eating or antacid treatment. 2. Loss of appetite and emaciation: mostly progressive aggravation, with malignant disease in the late stage. 3. Vomiting blood and black stools: partly small amount of bleeding, severe cases may have vomiting blood, which may be accompanied by anemia. 4.
