What does right choroidal cyst mean?

Choroidal cysts are neuroepithelial cysts that can occur on both sides, usually in the unilateral temporal region, and are rare benign congenital lesions. Right choroidal cysts are usually small in size and tend to have no obvious clinical manifestations, but headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms may occur. Right choroidal cysts may appear as low density foci at the choroid with clear borders, no edema around the cyst, and often no enhancement on enhanced scanning. Patients presenting with right-sided choroidal cysts are recommended to seek medical treatment under the guidance of a doctor. It is recommended that patients with right-sided choroidal cysts maintain a regular routine, eat a balanced diet, and avoid excessive stress.
