Examination and treatment of linear fractures

Linear fractures are also known as bone fractures, and linear fractures (also called fracture fractures) are one type of fracture. Fractures can be divided into incomplete fractures and complete fractures. A fracture by fracture is a type of incomplete fracture (incomplete fractures are also divided into fracture by fracture and bruxism); a comminuted fracture is a type of complete fracture (complete fractures are divided into transverse fractures, oblique fractures, spiral fractures, comminuted fractures, insertion fractures, compression fractures, depressed fractures, and separated epiphyses). Linear fractures are simply bones that are cracked or broken more neatly; whereas, comminuted fractures are bones that are broken into several pieces and are not completely pulverized. A linear fracture is usually not displaced and is a relatively minor fracture. The common linear fracture is the skull cap linear fracture, which is a skull fracture of the skull cap that occurs under the action of external forces such as industrial or mining injuries, without displacement, and has a high incidence in cranial trauma, often combined with intracranial brain parenchyma injury. Examination: 1. Clinical manifestations (1) Medical history: there is a clear history of force on the head. (2) Scalp hematoma: scalp contusion and scalp hematoma can be seen at the site of force. 2.Auxiliary examination (1)Laboratory examination is the same as scalp injury section. (2) Imaging 1) cranial X-ray: radiographs including ortho and lateral plain films. 2)Cranial CT: to exclude intracranial abnormalities and to determine the fracture site by CT bone window. Treatment: Some patients can avoid fracture, which requires everyone to take safety first in daily life and work, always pay attention to reduce the occurrence of fracture, children walk unstable, easy to fall, especially not to play in high places, to educate and watch children to avoid falling, teenagers play more, curiosity, parents and teachers should do a good job of education, do not climb the wall Young and middle-aged people should concentrate on their work and cycling, and pay attention to safety in everything; elderly people have difficulty in moving their arms and legs, so they should not go out in the snow and rain and at night, and should be supported by someone or hold a walking stick when they go out; they should have lighting tools when they go out at night; it is better not to ride a bicycle on the street and not to go to crowded public places.
