1. muscle strength grade 0: no limb movement, no muscle contraction, complete paralysis.
2. Muscle strength grade 1: Muscle contraction is visible, but no movement can be produced.
3. Muscle strength grade 2: the limb can move on the bed surface, but cannot resist its own gravity, i.e., it cannot be lifted.
4. Muscle strength grade 3: the limb can resist gravity to leave the bed, but cannot resist resistance.
5. Muscle power grade 4: the limb can do resistance movement, but not completely.
