How to break your foot

A fracture in the foot due to a fall must be treated immediately by going to the hospital for a local x-ray to see the exact injury or displacement of the fracture and to determine the specific treatment. If there is only a crack fracture or if the alignment or alignment is better, you can usually give a cast, brace or splint to fix the fracture end. Then local topical ointment is applied, and oral medications to reduce swelling, relieve pain, and activate blood stasis are used, along with the application of medications to promote bone growth to supplement the treatment. The fracture can be removed from the external fixation in about 4-6 weeks, and the patient can start to walk on the ground and perform functional exercises. If the fracture is significantly misaligned, surgical incision and repositioning must be given, and the fracture end must be fixed using plates, screws or kerf pins, and the fracture can be walked on the ground and functional exercise can be performed about 4-6 weeks after surgery. The material for internal fixation must be removed only after the fracture has completely healed, which usually takes about 1 year.
