There is not necessarily an absolute correlation between low back discomfort and the kidneys. The kidneys are located on both sides of the waist, but the waist has lumbar muscles and the spine in addition to the kidneys. When lumbar muscle strain occurs, lumbar comfort can also occur, and at this time there is no correlation with kidney disease. When bending over occurs, the symptoms of lumbar pain are aggravated, or accompanied by numbness of the lower limbs, numbness and pain in the hips, etc., then the presence of lumbar disc herniation is considered, and such lumbar pain also does not have any correlation with the kidneys. When kidney disease occurs, the pain is often located in the area on both sides of the spine, and the pain may be accompanied by radiating pain in the lower abdomen, and may be accompanied by symptoms such as frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, and hematuria in the naked eye. So when kidney disease occurs, it is usually accompanied by abnormal urination, or radiation in the lower abdomen. Discomfort in the back caused by simple lumbar muscle strain or lumbar disc herniation is usually not accompanied by abnormalities in urination.
