Hip synovitis can present symptoms such as hip pain, localized redness and swelling of the hip joint, and impaired hip joint motor function. 1. Hip pain: it is one of the more common symptoms of hip synovitis. It is mainly manifested as sudden pain in the hip joint of the affected side, and the pain can be extended to the inner thigh and knee joint. The pain can be alleviated by separating the affected limb outward. 2. Localized redness and swelling of the hip joint: the skin around the knee joint is red and swollen, usually the upper thigh, buttocks and inner thigh. 3. Impairment of hip joint movement function: manifested as limping when walking and not daring to stand continuously. When the above symptoms occur and synovitis of the hip joint is suspected, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for a clear diagnosis and active treatment.
