Early stage lung cancer with high risk factors can be treated with regular review, targeted therapy, improvement of life habits and drug regulation. 1. Regular review: for non-small cell lung cancer patients with stage IA, the guideline does not recommend postoperative adjuvant therapy. For stage IA lung cancer patients with micropapillary component, regular postoperative review is needed. 2. Targeted therapy: For patients with stage IB non-small cell lung cancer, the latest guideline recommends postoperative adjuvant targeted therapy for patients with positive EGFR mutation, and the preferred drug is oxitinib. 3. Improve life habits: balanced diet, proper exercise, abandon any bad habits, ensure quality sleep, keep a good mindset, and improve immunity. 4. Drug regulation: one can orally take Senyi capsule, Ubenimex or inject Thymofaxin to improve immune function, and can also be regulated by traditional Chinese medicine. If there are high risk factors for early stage lung cancer, it is recommended to go to the hospital for consultation and early regular treatment. All the above medications should be used under the guidance of doctors, avoid self-medication.
