How to lift the arm and shoulder pain

The treatment of frozen shoulder is mainly conservative, including oral anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, physical therapy, i.e. massage, local closure of painful spots, and functional exercises of the joint after the pain is relieved, including active and passive abduction, rotation, flexion and extension, and arm lifting exercises. If the effect is not very obvious, it is possible to perform direct manipulation under general anesthesia, that is, under anesthesia, to restore the range of motion of the joint. In addition to frozen shoulder, there is another condition called acromioclavicular impingement, which may also cause shoulder pain when lifting the arm. Treatment for impingement is usually surgical, which involves decompression of the subacromial space to eliminate the impingement factor.
