On the current level of research and my personal understanding of what I see to see if I can give you some help and reference: 1, there are three main ways of mother-to-child transmission: vertical transmission, both through the placenta directly; obstetric transmission, both during childbirth through blood or secretions; postpartum breastfeeding may be transmitted. The final transmission depends on the amount of virus in the mother’s blood, both the higher the amount of virus, the greater the possibility of transmission. 2, if the virus level is high in women of childbearing age, they need to pay attention to the virus level before pregnancy, it is better to lower the virus level or reduce it to normal, the possibility of transmission is less. However, current research has not confirmed that low levels and normal levels (small triplets) will not necessarily spread. 3, the amount of virus is very high, the immune function is weak, the antiviral efficacy is not ideal. However, if conditions allow, it is better to actively try to create conditions for antiviral treatment. 4, if possible, it is best to consult with the relevant medical departments, face to face communication effect may be better.
