Air bubbles in the lungs are generally considered in two situations. One, pulmonary blister is made by two or more alveoli fused with each other, which appears as a large air-containing cavity on chest film or lung CT. When the pulmonary blister is small, it does not cause any symptoms and usually does not need to be treated, when combined with infection according to the causative bacteria, choose effective antibiotic anti-infection treatment. If it is a huge pulmonary blister, causing pulmonary function damage leading to chest tightness and shortness of breath, especially near the edge of the pleura, it is easy to rupture causing spontaneous pneumothorax, and generally needs to be surgically removed. Secondly, in general, when there is no co-infection of pulmonary cyst, no treatment is needed, and when there is co-infection, anti-infection treatment can be performed, and when the pulmonary cyst is repeatedly infected or the infection cannot be controlled, surgical resection treatment can be performed.
