What do you know about breast enlargement?

The etiology and pathogenesis of breast hyperplasia are mostly caused by anxiety and injury to the spleen, anger and injury to the liver, liver qi uncomfortable, liver depression and stagnation of qi; or anxiety and injury to the spleen, the spleen is not healthy, phlegm and dampness, resulting in injury to the liver and the spleen, phlegm and qi conjugation, stagnation and formation of lumps. The female breast undergoes cyclic changes with the cyclic physiological changes in ovarian function. Such changes cause proliferative changes in the milk ducts and follicles, leading to “premenstrual breast swelling and pain”. However, this swelling and pain is not serious and lasts only about 2-3 days before menstruation. Once menstruation comes, this physiological change disappears and returns to the original condition, and the swelling and pain in the breasts disappears. This process of physiological change is regulated by the ovarian function. Its regulation is controlled by the sex hormones secreted by the ovaries, mainly estrogen and luteinizing hormone. Estrogen promotes the growth of milk ducts and periductal connective tissue, and luteinizing hormone promotes the development of lobular and follicular tissue, but luteinizing hormone must be under the influence of estrogen in order to be able to take effect. If the luteal function is low, luteinizing hormone secretion is insufficient, while the estrogen is relatively high, the two are not coordinated, unbalanced, can make the pre-menstrual changes in breast hyperplasia aggravate, pain aggravate, longer, after menstruation, the “restoration of the old” is not complete, and thus cumulative, the formation of breast hyperplasia disease. Mammary hyperplasia is also related to Chong Ren and the kidneys. If the liver and kidney are insufficient and the Chong Ren is out of balance, it can lead to breast hyperplasia due to the formation of yang deficiency and phlegm-dampness. Women’s menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, infertility, miscarriage, etc. are often associated with breast hyperplasia, such as the treatment of these women’s diseases, breast hyperplasia will be cured. When women reach menopause, breast hyperplasia will not be cured. Therefore, the disregulation of Chong Ren is one of the main causes of mammary gland hyperplasia.
