Can Cancer Patients Have Couples?

Cancer patients can have conjugal life, provided that their health condition is relatively good.
Cancer is a disease caused by abnormal proliferation and differentiation of cells in the body; since cancer itself is not contagious, cancer patients can have a normal couple life; however, it is recommended that patients should consider having a proper couple life only when they are in good physical condition.
However, it is recommended that patients should only consider having proper conjugal life when they are in good health. In addition, in the case that the cancer lesions are located in the genitourinary system, such as penile cancer, testicular cancer, vaginal cancer, etc., it is recommended that conjugal life should be temporarily stopped during the period of treatment, so as to avoid stimulation to the lesions, which would lead to aggravation of the disease.
All in all, whether cancer patients can have sex or not depends on their actual condition and physical condition; it is generally recommended to consider couple life when their condition is relatively stable and their physical condition is good.
