Which Parkinson’s disease patients are not suitable for surgery?

  The effectiveness of pacemaker surgery in treating Parkinson’s disease is now recognized worldwide, and the reimbursement of material costs by many regional health insurance policies has enabled more and more Parkinson’s disease patients to receive pacemaker treatment, which has effectively improved their symptoms and quality of life.  So is a pacemaker so effective that every Parkinson’s patient can have it? Do I still need to take medication after the surgery? Or what else should I be aware of?
