The treatment of laryngeal polyps (often referred to as laryngeal polyps, laryngeal polyps occurring in the vocal cords are called vocal cord polyps) is based on surgical treatment, supplemented by the use of glucocorticoid drugs. 1. Therefore, laryngeal polyps caused by allergic reactions can be treated with budesonide ultrasonic nebulization. (2) Gastric acid inhibitors: For patients with reflux esophagitis, add drugs that inhibit gastric acid, such as omeprazole and lansoprazole.
