It is a viral wart infection caused by the human papillomavirus. It is called a plantar wart when it grows on the bottom of the foot, or a common wart when it grows on the top of the foot. If the foot spur is single, it can be treated with laser or cryotherapy and kept out of water for a week after treatment to avoid local infection. If the spur is multiple, cryotherapy is recommended, with multiple freezing treatments, half a month between treatments. The latter is less damaging and makes the plantar warts smaller and less frequent before going further with laser treatment. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things.
