Several points for kidney transplant matching

Currently, kidney transplantation in China is mainly performed between allogeneic relatives for living kidney transplantation, and the best match is to have all four points matched. These four targets include human leukocyte antigen and ABO blood group antigen system, as well as group reactive antibodies and lymphocytotoxic test. If all four targets are matched, the survival rate of the kidney after transplantation will be higher and the kidney will perform normal physiological functions within a short period of time after transplantation. If the four targets are not completely matched, at least three targets should be matched, and the target of human leukocyte antigen must be matched in order to perform allogeneic kidney transplantation. At present, kidney transplantation is a very mature surgical procedure. As long as there is a compatible kidney source, the survival rate of patients after transplantation is generally higher and the postoperative survival period, including the quality of survival, is also more satisfactory.
