Urination but no sensation of urination

There is urine but no sense of urination, then the possible reasons: first, the volume of urine is too small, such as the urine stored in the bladder is less than 100ml, then generally will not cause the bladder to hold the sense of urination, then the patient can eliminate urine, but there is no sense of urination of the bladder, etc., the capacity of more than 150ml, then may cause the sense of urination; second, suffering from neurological diseases, such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, type 2 diabetes Combined with peripheral neuropathy, or lesions of the spinal cord, resulting in hyperalgesia of the sensory nerves of the bladder, which can then appear without a sense of urination, but still urinate. Most of them have related underlying diseases and need to be treated for the cause. Thirdly, in patients with chronic urinary retention, the sensory function of the bladder is poor, and they can appear to store a lot of urine, but the sense of holding urine is not strong, usually the volume is more than 300ml or more, and even up to 500-600ml in severe patients, which is related to the hyposensory function of the bladder due to long-term urine holding.
