How to fix white streaks coming out of your face

White strips extruded from the face are mostly considered to be acne-type acne, which can be resolved through general treatment, topical medication, oral medication and other treatment modalities.
1. General treatment: avoid squeezing and scratching to avoid secondary infections; keep the skin hygienic and clean, reduce the secretion of oil, and avoid eating spicy and greasy food.
2. Topical medications: Commonly used topical medications for acne include retinoids, such as retinoic acid ointment, and chemical exfoliation with topical fruit acids.
3. Oral medication: Oral isotretinoin can also be used to reduce sebum secretion, but it has teratogenic side effects and is contraindicated in pregnant women and women of childbearing age.
Patients should strictly follow the doctor’s instructions for medication, not blindly self-medication.
