What’s wrong with a little bleeding in a new pregnancy?

It is a kind of gonorrhea (dysfunctional uterine bleeding, caused by changes in hormone levels in the body) and is a manifestation of abnormal fertilization of the fertilized egg in a small number of people due to physiological and physical problems; this bleeding does not require treatment and can be kept clean and has no significant effect on the development of the pregnant embryo. In patients with a previous history of cervical erosion, a small amount of vaginal bleeding should be considered as a possible cervical erosive bleeding. The diagnosis can be made by examining the cervix with a vaginal speculum and seeing celiac bleeding, combined with the patient’s blood HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) and ultrasound examination without abnormalities, and if there is little bleeding, it should be left untreated for now and treated with hemostasis and anti-infection therapy if necessary. If the vaginal bleeding is prolonged and accompanied by abdominal distension and pain, the possibility of pre-eclampsia or ectopic pregnancy cannot be ruled out, and a hospital visit is needed to recheck the blood HCG and early pregnancy ultrasound for clarification; if the growth of blood HCG is unsatisfactory and the early pregnancy ultrasound detects intrauterine fluid dark area, pre-eclampsia can be diagnosed. If there is no relief, progesterone can be injected intramuscularly into the buttocks for fetal preservation treatment; if the blood HCG rises, but there is no significant increase from before, early pregnancy ultrasound indicates intrauterine emptiness, and a cystic mass can be detected in one of the adnexal areas with abundant blood flow, ectopic pregnancy is highly suspected; or if the blood HCG is >2000iu/l and the intrauterine fetal sac is not detected by vaginal ultrasound, the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is basically established and hospitalization is needed for The diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is basically confirmed, and the patient should be hospitalized for chemotherapy or surgery.
