1.The heel bone is most obvious in the morning when putting weight on the ground, and there is obvious resting pain or soreness and swelling of the heel bone when resting. 2.Heel pain is widespread and there is no fixed pressure point. 3.Early onset of heel pain can be reduced or disappeared by elevating the affected limb and resting. 4.The internal pressure of the heel bone is greater than 2.67 KP. 5.Patients are mostly middle-aged and elderly. Exclusion criteria: heel fat pad inflammation, metatarsal tenosynovitis, heel spur, cardiovascular, diabetes-related heel hypertension, menstruating women, pregnant women, Alzheimer’s disease, scleroderma, and long-term smokers and alcoholics are precluded.
