Cluster calcification is a kind of imaging manifestation, cluster calcification may be benign or malignant, 20~50% of breast cancer patients will show cluster calcification, even 10% of breast cancer patients will have cluster calcification as the only clinical manifestation. However, we cannot judge whether it is breast cancer only by cluster calcification, but also need to combine with ultrasonography, pathology examination and other tests for diagnosis.
If diagnosed as breast cancer, you need to receive systematic treatment from your doctor, such as surgical treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and so on. If it is not breast cancer and belongs to benign lesions, it is also necessary to follow the doctor’s advice for appropriate treatment.
