HPV infections can have vulvar pain. HPV: It is categorized into low-risk and high-risk HPV infections. Low-risk HPV infection causes warts and verrucous lesions in the genital tract. As the disease progresses, symptoms of swelling and pain in the affected area may occur. High-risk HPV infection has no obvious symptoms. Continued infection will cause cervical lesions, contact bleeding during intercourse, and painful symptoms. Vulvar pain: Vulvar pain may be multifactorial and not necessarily due to HPV infection. For example, fungal infections and improper use of medication, dietary factors, and the effects of sex hormones may cause vulvar pain. You can not judge whether there is HPV infection because of vulvar pain, you should go to the hospital in time for examination to clarify the cause of the disease, so as not to delay treatment.
