What’s with the back pain?

Back pain is commonly caused by back trauma, muscle strain, osteoporosis and other reasons, as follows: First, back trauma: such as myofascial injury and spinal compression fracture, can lead to back muscle tension, spasm, manifested as muscle stiffness, and pain when pressed, the symptoms are especially obvious in the morning when the activity.
