Formulation and specifications: Tablets: 125mg
Indications:
1. Locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with sensitive mutations in EGFR gene.
2. Postoperative adjuvant therapy for stage II-IIIA NSCLC with EGFR gene-sensitive mutations.
Key points for rational drug use:
1. EGFR-sensitive mutations detected by EGFR gene testing methods approved by the State Drug Administration must be clearly available before drug administration.
2. Exatinib is recommended as adjuvant therapy after complete tumor resection in patients with stage II-IIIA NSCLC with EGFR-sensitive mutations.
3. The conventional dose is 125 mg/dose three times a day, and for patients with exon 21 L858R substitution mutation-positive advanced NSCLC, 250 mg/dose three times a day can be used.
4. Patients with NSCLC with EGFR mutation with brain metastasis may prefer erlotinib.
5. Adverse reactions are mainly common grade 1 to 2 rash and diarrhea, and special attention should be paid to the occurrence of interstitial pneumonia.
6. Ectatinib is mainly metabolized by CYP2C19 and CYP3A4 of CYP450 system, and has obvious inhibitory effect on CYP2C9 and CYP3A4. Potential drug interactions should be noted when combined with the above two metabolic enzyme inducers and substrate drugs.
