Can Running Cure High Blood Pressure?

Running is not a cure for high blood pressure.
Hypertension is a chronic disease, and most cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are related to hypertension. Stress, smoking, high sodium and low potassium diet, and heavy alcohol consumption are the main causes of hypertension. Patients with hypertension usually suffer from dizziness, headache, neck tightness, fatigue, palpitations and other symptoms.
Running is a kind of aerobic exercise, which is helpful for weight loss, fat loss, physical exercise, and enhancement of body immunity.
So far, there is no evidence that running can treat hypertension. Patients with high blood pressure should receive standardized medical treatment, in the process of treatment, appropriate running exercise is helpful to some extent, but not to treat high blood pressure on the hope of running.
