Aortic regurgitation is mainly caused by aortic valve closure insufficiency, and the current clinical treatment of aortic closure insufficiency is mostly based on surgical treatment. Surgical treatments include aortic valvuloplasty or aortic valve prosthetic valve replacement, aortic valve closure insufficiency retaining leaflet aortic root replacement/reconstruction and leaflet plasty with low mortality, low risk of reoperation, and reliable valve function in the near to midterm period, therefore, the clinical treatment is mostly based on surgical treatments, and there is no literature report on the treatment of aortic regurgitation with Chinese herbal medicines. It is not recommended that patients buy Chinese medicines without authorization, and patients should follow the advice of professional doctors to choose the best treatment plan.
