Precautions for patients with rheumatic diseases before consultation

  1.Bring all reports of previous examinations.  2.Bring records of previous visits, including outpatient or inpatient, TCM or Western medicine.  3. Describe the main points of the disease: (1) The time of onset, including the time of onset of the main symptoms and other secondary symptoms.  (2) The trigger at the onset of the disease (3) symptoms. Try to be as detailed as possible, including all physical discomfort, because Chinese medicine diagnosis emphasizes the overall concept, from all the symptoms of the disease to analyze the evidence, and then according to the evidence of treatment.  (4) Record and organize previous or ongoing medications for the doctor to see.  (5) Inform the doctor of any medications that have ever had side effects on you.  (6) Inform the doctor of the problem you most want to solve.  4.Please note when planning to do the examination: (1) Indicators related to rheumatism and immunity can be done without fasting. For example, ANA profile, rheumatology three, CCP antibody, AKA, AFP, HLA-B27, CK, routine blood, ESR, immune six, etc.  (2) Indicators that require fasting: liver and kidney function, blood glucose, blood lipids, blood uric acid, B ultrasound, etc.  5.Do not brush the tongue.  6.Do not eat food that stains the tongue.  7.Rest for more than 20 minutes before visiting the doctor.  8.Do not talk when the doctor takes the pulse.
