Effects of Loratadine Tablets

Loratadine Tablet has antihistamine, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects. Loratadine Tablet can block histamine H1 receptor and exert antihistamine effect, and at the same time, it can inhibit adhesion molecule-mediated inflammatory response. It can inhibit multiple aspects of allergic inflammation, and also inhibit the expression of adhesion molecules on endothelial cells, thus exerting antihistamine, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects. Loratadine Tablets are mainly used to relieve symptoms caused by allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, nasal congestion, as well as itchy and burning sensation in the eyes. It is also used to relieve the symptoms of chronic urticaria, itchy skin disease and other allergic skin diseases. Adverse reactions such as drowsiness, tachycardia and headache may occur after use of the drug, and usually resolve gradually after discontinuation of the drug. Pregnant and lactating women should use the drug with caution. This drug is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. The use of this drug is prohibited for those who are allergic to this drug or the ingredients in the formula, or for those who are hypersensitive.
