Before tympanic membrane perforation, 1% phenol glycerin ear drops, anti-inflammatory pain, nasal decongestant, such as furosemide nasal drops to reduce local inflammation. After the tympanic membrane perforation, 3% hydrogen peroxide ear wash, ofloxacin ear drops point ear treatment.
