Is there a dermatology department in the emergency department?

Under normal circumstances, comprehensive tertiary hospitals have emergency dermatology departments, which are mainly used to treat acute urticaria caused by allergic reactions to some foods and drugs, or patients with unstable vital signs leading to anaphylactic shock and acute laryngeal edema, which should first be treated in the emergency department. For general allergic reactions with rashes, patients with stable vital signs should, in principle, go to a specialized dermatology department for more definite treatment.
