Yang deficiency: heart yang deficiency, spleen yang deficiency, kidney yang deficiency is often the manifestation of qi deficiency coupled with the symptoms of cold, easier to fear the cold, often cold hands and feet, especially when the temperature is low, and even fingernails, fingers purple. 4. Yin deficiency: lung yin deficiency, heart yin deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, liver yin deficiency, mainly refers to the lack of fluid, blood deficiency is actually also a kind of yin deficiency, but the yin deficiency is often accompanied by some hot signs, such as dry mouth and tongue, the body has hot flashes (a burst of heat) or facial flushing, the most common close to the menopause of women.
