Oral redness, swelling and pain with burning sensation may be caused by oral candida infection, Scheuglen’s syndrome and other diseases, as follows.
1. Oral Candida infection: such as chronic erythematous candidiasis, also known as denture stomatitis, the damage is often in the maxillary denture palate side contact palate, gingival mucosa, manifested as denture bearing area mucosal congestion in the form of punctate or flaky erythema and edema, mucosal burning pain.
