Three contraindications in epilepsy treatment

Epilepsy is the result of abnormal neuronal discharge in the brain. The abnormal discharge is due to physical and chemical damage to the brain tissue and the formation of brain tissue “unhealthy”, to restore the brain tissue recovery state is the slow action of drugs, nutrition, etc., which requires time, never overnight to solve, so take medication according to the doctor’s requirements, the implementation of the medication plan without compromise. The first thing you should not do is to take a few months of medication to control your symptoms, mistakenly believing that “my disease has been cured” and that you can stop taking medication. It is important to know that epilepsy is the result of abnormal discharge of neurons in the brain. The second contraindication is that some patients take drugs for a short period of time, the symptoms are not completely controlled or the symptoms are not ideal, so they think that such drugs do not work and are ineffective, so they give up the treatment or take other types of drugs instead. This not only delays the treatment time, but also causes economic waste. It is important to know that a drug’s therapeutic purpose depends on the following factors: 1. the indication of the drug; 2. the effective concentration of the drug in the blood; 3. the route of action of the drug. The third contraindication is to avoid eating too much when you have epilepsy. Some people believe that many foods may cause epilepsy, and therefore there are many restrictions on the patient. Some are even not allowed to eat meat, eggs, shrimp, etc. These are not scientifically based. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things.
