Lung cancer may metastasize to the palms. Lung cancer can be transferred to bones through blood transmission, so lung cancer may metastasize to the palms, which will easily cause pain of different degrees in the palms. Patients usually have no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and may have symptoms such as pain and pathologic fracture in the later stage. In this case, bone scan and lung CT are needed to confirm the diagnosis of the condition. It should be noted that radiotherapy should be carried out in time after lung cancer metastasis to the palm of hand because lung cancer after bone metastasis belongs to tumor stage IV and is not suitable for surgical treatment. Systemic chemotherapy can kill tumor cells and inhibit tumor growth, while local treatment is mainly radiotherapy. It is suggested that once diagnosed, patients should be treated according to doctor’s prescription in time, and at the same time, patients should be actively encouraged not to give up the treatment, actively cooperate with doctor’s treatment, and keep a good mindset to help prolong the survival period.
